Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Deuteronomy 31:6

Angie Steinbacher currently lives in East Asia where she engages in day-to-day ministry. She originally moved to Asia as live-in teacher at a Foundation purposed to give “forgotten children” (those we call often call orphans) a family and a home. After living, growing, and learning with the children at the Foundation for four years, God called her to teach full-time at an international school in East Asia where she has the rich opportunity to teach high school students courses to guide them in their faith journeys which all come from various backgrounds. Angie is passionate about helping people of all ages know their purpose in God and believes that ministry is often as simple as smiling to a stranger or grabbing a cup of coffee (or tea!) to build relationships with others.

Angie was raised in St. Charles, Missouri and graduated from Concordia University, Nebraska. Growing up, she was immersed in the joyful attitude of loving and serving God demonstrated by her parents, Dave and Melinda. Angie has two sisters, Sandi and Christa, a brother-in-law, Craig, and three active nephews.

Please pray for God to grant Angie discretion and wisdom in the opportunities God gives her in her daily ministry, that she would answer and respond with the Spirit’s words and actions and not her own.

Any funds raised that exceed Mission Partner’s Total Cost of Missionary Service may be used to further support Mission Partner in missional activities, or Mission Partner may donate, after consultation with the Executive Director, any excess funds to one or more Mission Partners who are in good standing with MCN or to MCN’s General Fund. The purpose for this is that any funds raised are to support missional activities throughout the world.
