Numbers 6:24-26
Annah is currently serving in Taiwan teaching the Bible to Middle School students. Taiwan is largely an unreached area, and God continues to open up opportunities to share the gospel. Annah is involved in Thursday night youth group activities. This gives her the chance to build closer connections with students outside the classroom setting. She is also involved in Friday night Bible study. Taiwanese women from different churches attend this study. This gives Annah the opportunity to get to know individuals in the community. Annah has been serving in Taiwan since August of 2023 after she made the move from her small town home in Iowa shortly after graduating Concordia University, Nebraska. Annah has always loved working with kids and has grown in her love of discipling children through volunteering for vacation Bible school weeks, working at a daycare throughout college, and interning with an elementary school counselor. Pray that God continues to use this desire to reach the students of Concordia Middle School.
Annah first felt God calling her towards missions when she heard from a missionary at Bible camp when she was young. This experience grew Annah’s desire for missions. Annah’s dad is mission-minded, and serves on her home church’s missions committee. This quality of her dad and her home church’s motto, “to know Christ and make Him known,” has fostered her desire to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. After an unexpected change of plans post-graduation, God began working in her heart to lead her toward Mission of Christ Network. Annah has always had a passion for building gospel-centered relationships and hopes to continue doing that as she serves in Taiwan.
In her free time Annah enjoys playing music, hammocking, reading, and getting coffee with friends. She loves to explore God’s creation and continues to do so as she spreads Christ’s love in Taiwan! Please pray for Annah, that those she has created relationships with would come to know Christ!
Any funds raised that exceed Mission Partner’s Total Cost of Missionary Service may be used to further support Mission Partner in missional activities, or Mission Partner may donate, after consultation with the Executive Director, any excess funds to one or more Mission Partners who are in good standing with MCN or to MCN’s General Fund. The purpose for this is that any funds raised are to support missional activities throughout the world.
