After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. Brynn Holtmeier was born and raised in Tobias, Nebraska on a fifth-generation family farm. Her family’s home congregation is Zion Lutheran, and they instilled a love for God in her at a young age. She loved spending time with her family, playing volleyball, and reading. Brynn spent her junior and senior high years as a Sunday school teacher, which grew her heart for both the Lord and for teaching.
As Brynn was considering college and career options, she felt at home at Concordia University, Nebraska. She knew that she wanted to be in a small faith community and seize the summer opportunities to serve the Lord overseas. During her senior year of high school, Brynn received a speech scholarship to Concordia and committed to attending the university.
Brynn currently attends Concordia. Her major is Special Education K-12 with her Lutheran Teacher Diploma. At school, Brynn is involved with the speech team and Mission Minded Students club. She has spent the last two summers in Cambodia and Mongolia, teaching English. Both experiences have revealed God’s heart for all nations to Brynn. The Father’s love for the nations has been encouraging to Brynn as she obeys his call to go. She is excited to be returning to Cambodia and partnering with Stronghold Cambodia for the summer.
Any funds raised that exceed Mission Partner’s Total Cost of Missionary Service may be used to further support Mission Partner in missional activities, or Mission Partner may donate, after consultation with the Executive Director, any excess funds to one or more Mission Partners who are in good standing with MCN or to MCN’s General Fund. The purpose for this is that any funds raised are to support missional activities throughout the world.
