Since 2015, in response to God’s call to “tithe their retirement”, Tim & Diane have served as missionaries with Stronghold Cambodia, a faith-based, nonprofit NGO led by Cambodian Christians, Phan Narit (Jesse) and his wife, Chin Sithon (Naomi). Tim & Diane’s primary role has been to support the Cambodian leadership by joining their mission to nurture vulnerable children and their families intellectually, physically and spiritually so they can come to know Jesus as their Stronghold, Shelter and Shade.
Over the years, Tim & Diane have divided their time between Cambodia and the USA. As a result, their servant roles have changed according to their location and the needs of Stronghold. Their service has included teaching ESL, leading praise during devotions, providing building maintenance, teaching health/dental education, fundraising for Stronghold’s capital campaign, managing Stronghold donors, supervising construction of Stronghold’s new facility and building furniture for it. But their primary role has always been as ambassadors for Jesus whether in the USA or Cambodia.
Tim & Diane invite you to partner with them prayerfully and financially as they spend 2024 in the USA promoting partnerships with Stronghold Cambodia to support the outreach ministry on Fish Island in Kampot, Cambodia.
Any funds raised that exceed Mission Partner’s Total Cost of Missionary Service may be used to further support Mission Partner in missional activities, or Mission Partner may donate, after consultation with the Executive Director, any excess funds to one or more Mission Partners who are in good standing with MCN or to MCN’s General Fund. The purpose for this is that any funds raised are to support missional activities throughout the world.
