Serving Opportunity
Hungary, like much of Europe, is a post-Christian culture. Students may have lots of contact with churches and basic knowledge of Christianity but few examples of what a living relationship with Jesus looks like.
Partner Lutheran schools in Hungary request American teachers to support both English instruction and Bible teaching at all age ranges from kindergarten through high school. Mission Partners have many opportunities to connect with students through dormitory and extra-curricular activities, church activities, and informal relationship building. They seek to use all of these connections to share the Good News of the Gospel with students!
