Rachel serves as a high school teacher in international schools where she can support missionary families, share the good news with her students, and be a light in her community.
She previously taught at Lutheran high schools in Illinois and Minnesota. These opportunities shaped her as a Christian leader and role model.
Having a long held desire to teach overseas and knowing that God is an integral part of this desire and process, Rachel is finally following the calling that God has been nurturing in her heart for many years now.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys making cards and sending others mail, hiking, and reading.
Any funds raised that exceed Mission Partner’s Total Cost of Missionary Service may be used to further support Mission Partner in missional activities, or Mission Partner may donate, after consultation with the Executive Director, any excess funds to one or more Mission Partners who are in good standing with MCN or to MCN’s General Fund. The purpose for this is that any funds raised are to support missional activities throughout the world.
